I made a collage. and then I copied it. and then I gave the collage away. and then I drew the copy of the collage. in pencil, so it became rather smudgy. then I got tired of it, because it didn't look finished(im sorry gareth). so then I scanned the copy. the marks on and around here face where made by the copy machine, because the glue had made the paper bulky. I think it makes a rather nice effect.

Ah, well, I can't have it my way all the time, I guess. The glue-caused contours do look very good under the scanner light, though. I like it very much, but I still think I prefered the older one...sorry :)

Well, the thing that I was working on for you, which I then decided I hated, and so will start again -- that was A4 size. I just figured it needed to be, for some reason.

How's Godzilla coming along, by the way? It's difficult, isn't it. I've finally finished mine, but it looks a little mongoloid.

I usually work in A4, but when mailing is involved, smaller stuff seems better. bending is sin.

godzilla is at a standstill. but I will write it down, so I won't forget it, and then I'll make it. soon.

I used to work only in A2, but that meant that I only finished one picture every 6 months, then I did some quick bits in A4, and then for the mailart stuff I've been doing A5 because it just seems more sensible, and I can get stuff done.

Don't fret, always time.

good gracious, A2 with your kind of detail work. that's pretty amazing.
I like to finish stuff. that's why I like smaller formats.
